Communication is key! There are thousands of details in every home we build, many that you may have no clue about. Each one of those is detailed and we stay in constant communication so you always know what’s next.
budget
When you’re ready, and after a homesite is selected, we discuss your budget. We’ll discuss budget over and over so we can be sure that a new project makes financial sense for you.

Each home is designed specific to your lot to take advantage of views, natural light and future outdoor projects. It is also very important to know what comes with your lot. Does it have water and sewer, or will a well and septic system need to be budgeted in? How your home will sit on your lot is important.
permits & construction
After perfecting and customizing your floorplan specifically to your lifestyle and your lot, they are submitted for building permits. As soon as all permits are approved, construction begins!
interior design & colors
During construction, specific timelines will be given for choosing fixtures, colors and textures. All the little details that will make your house a home! We take pride in helping people think outside of the box, and push their comfort zones for an interior design that will blow people away!
Move In
After picking your interior selections, sit back, relax and watch your dream home come together! Your home will be professionally cleaned and move in ready the day you receive your keys!
